Ande that Moroccan courts also convicted defendants in unfair trials, failing to assure their rights to produce evidence and admitting confessions that had been extracted after illegal detention or torture: http://www.hrw.org/en/news/2011/01/24/moroccowestern-sahara-dissidents-prison-unfair-trials

And also the Human Righs Watch documents on how Morocco uses a combination of repressive laws, police violence, and unfair trials to punish Sahrawis who advocate peacefully in favor of independence or full self-determination for the disputed Western Sahara: http://www.hrw.org/en/reports/2008/12/19/human-rights-western-sahara-and-tindouf-refugee-camps-0

And the UN resolution that, among other things, is stressing the importance of improving the human rights situation in Western Sahara: http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2011/sc10234.doc.htmAgnetahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14109113520366186330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2592962217716566790.post-46988981952511760992011-06-15T10:23:01.522+02:002011-06-15T10:23:01.522+02:00The Western Sahara is doesn’t an independent state...The Western Sahara is doesn’t an independent state. The Western Sahara is a southern territory in Morocco. The Western Sahara was recovered by steps in the Madrid’s Agreement between Morocco and Spain.

The "Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic" exists only in the Internet. It is not recognized by many countries and many countries have withdrawn their recognition of the Republic. The Sahrawi tribes spread across four countries, namely Morocco, Mauritania, Algeria and Mali.
The referendum is neither technically nor politically applicable.

The majority of the Sahrawi people lives in the south of Morocco and is within within at a Royal institution institution CORCAS represented. The Polisario Front is not the sole representative of the Sahrawi people. Many Sahrawi are willing to return to Morocco from the camps of Tindouf, are still preventing to doing it. The Polisario Front lacks the freedom of movement of the population in the camps of Tindouf and makes it muzzle.

Morocco doesn’t violate the human rights in Western Sahara and doesn’t suppress the Sahrawi voices, the taking party for the self-determination. Contrary, Morocco has introduced deep reforms in this area and has taken huge steps to ensure that human rights should to be respect. Morocco doesn’t prohibit the freedom of the expression in Western Sahara. In contrast, many Saharawi, to the separatist relieved haves Moroccan passports and are traveling freely to express them. There aren’t Sahrawi Political prisoners. All ware released thanks the royal amnesty. There are Sahrawis who they are living in Morocco and they are returned voluntarily to Morocco. This Sahrawis are unionist. It's Polisario, that doesn’t respect human rights. It’s is keeping people in the camps of Tindouf, forbids them to move freely, controlled the refugee camps and suppresses the humanitarian assistance, that expense to the refugees in the camps, and which Polisario enables them to enrich themselves. Polisario doesn’t allow a count of the population of the camps and is carried out. Polisario is practicing dark-skinned in the camps to the Sahrawi people.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
